The demonstration was safe and went by without incident. At the same time, less than 100 supporters showed up for the Million Muslim March.

The trucker’s strike is set to take place this weekend, from the 11^th to the 13^th of October and looks like it will see support from a staggering number of people. The intention of the strike is to prevent traffic from coming into and out of Washington D.C. and in doing so, draw government attention to the dissatisfaction of a very important faction of American citizens.
